Cadets & Graduates

Starting your career at West-Edge you’ll work on the numbers that shape skylines—airports, hospitals, residential projects, and high-rise towers. From day one you’ll sit alongside chartered professionals, turning raw models and drawings into insights that drive financially significant decisions.

Learning isn’t an after-hours extra here; it’s baked into the week. You’ll rotate through cost planning, progress-claim assessment, and 5D BIM measurement, pairing with mentors who hold MAIQS / CQS credentials. In-house formal CPD sessions, and bi-weekly code labs (Python & CostX automation) ensure your skills keep pace with a digital-first industry.

Don't enjoy spending time with rulers or the price of plasterboard arguments? Ready to shape the future of cost consulting? Email us to learn more.
