Supplier terms and responsibility

Suppliers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of all submitted product information, percentages and documents.

By submitting a listing, the supplier confirms that the declarant is authorised to publish the statement and that West-Edge may host and display the listing and public documents.

Suppliers acknowledge that contractors, estimators, tender teams, consultants and other third parties may rely on submitted statements when considering listed products for procurement, tender or reporting purposes.

Suppliers must update or withdraw listings if the declared information is no longer current. Listings expire after the stated expiry date unless renewed.

West-Edge may remove listings that appear incomplete, unsafe, misleading, unpaid, expired or outside the purpose of the register.
